Sanitary Valve
Clean solutions are of primary importance in the food industry. Therefore, valves for this application range have to satisfy the most demanding requirements in terms of cleanliness. For example, the body must be CIP and SIP capable so that there are no zones available for bacteria to grow. As you would expect, the performance of the valve is not allowed to be reduced by these measures.
New aseptic valves from Schubert & Salzer Control Systems, the 6020 as well as the 6021, have been designed to meet these requirements.
A special, patented rolling diaphragm with the highest level of strength and absence of any dead space means the aseptic valve 6021 is also suitable for applications subject to EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) certification.
